Chloe's Field Trip to CSI

Chloe and I had a great opportunity to go on her 4th Grade Field Trip to the College of Southern Idaho.  She has been studying body systems so they were able to go on a field trip to dissect part of a cow. 

 

Here is the cow brain.  It is rather small compared to the size of a cow.

 

Here is the whole eyeball and socket.  It is almost the same size as the brain.

 

Here is the darling girl who is getting her glove on so she can do some cutting.

 

Here is the kidney cut in half. 

 



 

 It was kind of rubbery...and smelly!

Last, but not least, is the skeleton.
